PLACING AN ORDER

How can I place an order?

You can order online at Hasbro.com, HasbroToyShop.com, or call us toll-free at 1-800-224-4438. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal (US and Canadian PayPal accounts only). PayPal is only accepted online at Hasbro.com and HasbroToyShop.com; no cash, check or money order payments will be accepted.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

How can I know if an item I want is available?

The availability of each item we sell on Hasbro.com and HasbroToyShop.com is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) (By "shipped," we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.)

Our goal is to offer you the hottest items as soon as possible. We offer some of our items as pre-sale and will ship to you as soon as they become available. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

In order to meet customer demand, Hasbro reserves the right to limit quantities on selected items. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the cart limit is exceeded to allow other customers to have the opportunity to purchase these items.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

What can I do if I never received an order confirmation e-mail?

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 4 hours of placing an order, it may be due to the following:
1.Your e-mail provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you.
2. You may have entered your email address incorrectly when setting up your account.

Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mails from HasbroToyShop.com. You can then contact our Customer Service Center at CustomerService@HasbroToyShop.com to request that a new order confirmation e-mail be sent to you.

Also, please verify that you have typed your email address correctly when setting up your account. If there is a typo, please contact customer service to have the email address updated and the email sent to the correct address.

To prevent our e-mails from landing in your Junk Mail going forward, please add: CustomerService@HasbroToyShop.com to your address book.

Order Status

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Click the Account dropdown > Track Orders to enter your tracking information.

If you have not received a shipment confirmation, Click the Account dropdown > Track Orders to check your order status. You will need to provide your order number and billing zip code.

CANCEL OR MODIFY ORDER

How can I cancel or modify an order that I have placed?

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot always guarantee that a cancellation can be made, especially if the order is placed outside of our business hours. We do our very best to ship in stock orders as quickly as possible. Items that are in stock at the time the order is placed are immediately entered into the shipping process. You must contact our Customer Service Center via phone to check you order status at 1-800-408-0052 (8AM – 8PM EST Monday – Friday, 10AM-6:30PM Saturday). We cannot guarantee requests for cancellation received via email will be handled before your order enters the shipping process.

If you have received a partial order (i.e. an item is backordered), you can attempt to cancel the unshipped items by contacting our Customer Service Center via email or phone.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How can I enter my payment information?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal. If you select a credit card as your payment option, please enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. We will also ask you to enter your credit card CVV Number. (The CVV Number is the 3-digit number on the back of MasterCard and Visa cards or the 4-digit number on the front of American Express cards). If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to enter your PayPal payment options. You will then be directed back to Hasbro.com/HasbroToyShop.com to complete your order.

CHECKOUT PROCESS

How can I check out?

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular item, you can remove it at any point during the checkout process.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click "Checkout as Guest" or "Sign In" if you have an account. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.

When you are ready, click the "Submit Order" button. Once you place your order, a confirmation page will be provided to you with your order number and details. You can print a copy for your records.

When will my account be charged for an order?

Accounts will be pre-authorized for the shipment amount when the order is sent to our fulfillment center for shipping. Once the shipment has been sent, we will charge the account for the purchase. We will notify you via e-mail or phone if there is a problem with your account.

PAYPAL FAQ

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an alternate payment method for placing your order. It enables any customer with an email address to securely send payments online. With a US PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by Hasbro. If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to enter your PayPal payment options, you will then be directed back to Hasbro.com/HasbroToyShop.com to complete your order. Please be aware you must click "Submit Order" on Hasbro.com/HasbroToyShop.com after you finish submitting payment confirmation in PayPal for your order to be completed.

SHIPPING METHODS

What are my shipping options?

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order to help you choose a shipping option. Please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands and note that an additional fee of $20 applies to shipments outside of the contiguous US and an additional fee of $25 for shipments to Canada. Currently, our shipping options are as follows:

For shipments within the US:
Standard Shipping: Allow 5-7 business days from date shipped.
Priority Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days from date shipped.
Express Shipping: Allow 1-2 business days from date shipped.

For shipments to APO/FPO Addresses:
Standard Shipping only: Allow a minimum of 4 weeks from date shipped.

For shipments to Canada:
Standard Shipping only: Allow 7-10 business days from date shipped, longer for outlying areas.

If all items are in stock, express orders are shipped overnight for delivery within one business day. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM ET will ship the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) if all items are in stock. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. SHIPPING COSTS

How can I calculate shipping costs?

Your shipping cost depends on the shipping option you choose. Shipments incur a flat rate shipping fee along with a per-pound rate. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the summary page just before you submit your order.

For shipments within the US: Standard Shipping: Allow 5-7 business days from date shipped - $5.99 plus $0.99 per pound.
Priority Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days from date shipped - $11.99 plus $1.99 per pound.
Express Shipping: Allow 1-2 business days from date shipped - $15.99 plus $2.99 per pound.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. Please note: we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses.

When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. We also offer you the ability to add multiple shipping addresses when ordering more than one item. These addresses can be stored in your account and selected for use as desired. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information. Please note that for shipments of merchandise to Canada, the Canadian purchaser/recipient of the merchandise is the importer of record (the "Importer") and is responsible for complying with all Canadian laws and regulations for importing such merchandise into Canada. When you place an order for shipment to Canada, you are authorizing our Canadian customs broker to act as agent on the Importer’s behalf (whether the Importer is you or another person) with Canada Border Services Agency ("CBSA"), to clear, report, and account for the imported merchandise with CBSA and remit to CBSA all applicable duties, fees and taxes arising from such importation, on behalf of the Importer in accordance with all applicable Canadian legal requirements. At check-out, the total amount for "Shipping" will include all applicable duties and fees (in addition to all freight and handling fees) and the total amount for "Taxes" shall include all applicable sales tax. CANADIAN SHIPPING

Are there any restrictions on ordering for shipments to Canada?

In addition to the restrictions listed above, certain items cannot ship to Canada. Items that are not available to ship to Canada will be identified as you make your product selection and throughout the shopping cart process. At this time we are not able to ship to Prince Edward Island.

MISSING PARTS

How do I obtain missing parts for my product?

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Not all of our items are shipped in one shipment. You may receive several shipments for one order. Please refer back to your order confirmation for order details.

Can I redeem a retail coupon online?

Sorry, but retail coupons can only be redeemed at a retail outlet.

What are the exclusions for Free Shipping offers?

Hasbro.com & HasbroToyShop.com do exclude a limited number of items from Free Shipping offers. Excluded items include, but are not limited to, overweight / bulky items and HasbroToyShop.com exclusives. Free shipping offers are currently only available to shipments within the United States.
