Q. My device will not turn on. What do I do?

A. Check the power switch to make sure it is in the ON position. Switch the power back and forth between ON and OFF a couple times. Then switch to ON. If this doesn't work, change the batteries.

Q. My computer does not recognize my handheld. What do I do?

A. Make sure the power switch on the handheld is ON and it is plugged into a USB 2.0 port on your PC.

Q. My handheld displays an ! when powered on. What does this mean?

A. Your handheld encountered a problem and needs to be reset. Attach it to your PC and launch the desktop application. The desktop application will detect what on the handheld needs to be reset and will guide you through the process.

Q. I received error messages when trying to register my handheld. What do I do?

A. Make sure the power switch on the handheld is ON and it is plugged into a USB 2.0 port on your PC. Also, make sure you have an active connection to the internet. If you still have trouble connecting, it is possible that our registration server is briefly offline. Wait a few minutes and then try again.

Q. After I get the answer to a question, how do I get back to the question?

A. Press the button on the top of the Handheld to toggle back and forth between the question and answer.
