The National Scrabble Association

If you love the SCRABBLE game, consider joining the National SCRABBLE Association (NSA). The NSA represents thousands of word game enthusiasts throughout the United States and Canada. It also runs the acclaimed National School SCRABBLE Program, the National School SCRABBLE Championship, publishes the SCRABBLE News and handles publicity for the game. The NSA coordinates efforts with the North American SCRABBLE Players Association (NASPA), who sanction over 200 local rated SCRABBLE tournaments every year and who organize the annual National SCRABBLE Championship.

With a $20 NSA membership, you'll receive information on local clubs and tournaments, plus a subscription to the SCRABBLE News. The newspaper is published eight times a year and features tips for better play, puzzles and fun challenges for the expert as well as the novice player, tournament records, profiles of players, useful word lists and much more.
