Using the basic shapes key above, follow the easy step-by-step instructions below to make your PLAY-DOH creation. Keep practicing, and you’ll get better at making all of the shapes. Use our color suggestions, or try your own! The less shapes you use, the more simple your creation. The more shapes you add, the more complex it becomes.

Roll a large ball and flatten into a circle.

Roll 2 long ropes.

Wrap each rope around the circle. Roll small balls and flatten into ovals for seeds.

Cut circle in half and smooth out edges. What a treat! Now you have a slice of watermelon! Great job!
