Limited Warranty Information
Hasbro® guarantees this NITRO XRC™ vehicle and all parts to be free from defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Hasbro will repair, at no charge, a defective vehicle or part during this period.
- Please save your receipt. This is the proof of your date of purchase. You will need to send a copy of it to HASBRO with your vehicle for a warranty claim.
- This warranty may be voided if you modify your NITRO XRC™ vehicle with non-NITRO XRC™ parts.
- To return/exchange a defective NITRO XRC™ vehicle, call NITRO XRC™ Consumer Affairs at 1-888-RACE-XRC (1-888-722-3972). We will send you a mailing label and mailing instructions.
After this 30-Day warranty period, you can still have your NITRO XRC™ vehicle repaired for only the cost of parts and materials.
