Q: How did you come up with the pre-selected cities?
A: We consulted travel writers and experts from around the world to help us compile a list of the world’s greatest cities and resulted in the 68 you see on the site today.
Q. Why do I have to choose a city from the list to nominate a wildcard?
A. Due to the technical limitations associated with designing a website to be used around the world, we needed to use a software program to facilitate the write-in process in 33 languages, which is what you see with the menu options that pop up when you enter a city name.
Q. I can’t find my city listed in the autocomplete list.
A. A global vote is an ambitious undertaking - our website is available in 33 different languages and accessible across the entire planet. To eliminate any problems with language and spelling incongruities the wildcard option uses autocomplete with locations taken from a database of over three million global locations. While every precaution has been taken, in the unlikely event that you cannot nominate your location we suggest that you nominate a location near to you.
Q: How many languages is the site available in?
A: The site is available in 33 languages.
Q: Why do I have to register to vote?
A: We ask for a registration simply for security reasons. We will not sell or use your email address other than to send your account validation email.
Q: When will we find out which cities made it onto the board?
A: The cities will be revealed this fall.
Q: What will the tokens be in the game?
A: The tokens will be based on symbols and icons from each continent.
Q: Will there be International currency in the game? or What will the currency in the game be?
A: We are using Monopoly Dollars as the currency.
Q: When will the game be in stores?
A: The game should be available in stores beginning in September.

Q: I’ve already registered. Why can’t I log in? or Why does it say my email address has not been registered?
A: After you registered, did you click on the link in the account validation email you received in your email?
If NO: You must click on the link within 72 hours in order to activate your account. This is to protect your privacy and the security of our site by verifying that it was you who registered your email address. Please register again and be sure that you respond to the validation email.
If YES: Please double check that you are typing in the correct user name and password.
If that doesn’t work: Please provide me your user name and I will escalate the issue.
