Some people think saying no is one of the hardest things to do, but we disagree. When it comes to trying something new, it's sometimes too easy to say no. So try this: spend a whole week saying yes instead of no and see how much more fun you have!
What you'll need Your Yes Journal, a pencil, and an attitude for adventure!
How to play Print your Yes Journal and carry it with you all week (or post it in your kitchen and let the whole family play together). Keep an eye out for chances to say yes instead of no. Whether it's a trip to the zoo, a matinee movie, or an ice cream cone, write down what you said yes to and what happened. Was it fun? Would you do it again?
Review your journal at the end of the week. Did you have more fun or what?
Download your Yes Journal. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file. You can get it for free online.
