Q. I need instructions on how to assemble my FURREAL FRIENDS BUTTERSCOTCH Pony!  Are there any online instructions?

Q. While assembling my FURREAL FRIENDS BUTTERSCOTCH Pony, I noticed a blue wire and a gray wire with a white connector on the end coming out of its head. They are not mentioned in the directions. Where am I supposed to connect them to?
These wires are used for quality assurance testing in our factory – they do not need to be connected when assembling the pony at home.

Q. How do I wake up my FURREAL FRIENDS Newborn?
Once you place the batteries in your Newborns and turn the on/off switch to "on", you simply "stroke" the back of your Newborns and by doing this you'll trigger the back switch and your Newborns will wake up, they'll move their heads and open their eyes!

Q. How do I make my FURREAL FRIENDS Cat hiss?
To activate the hiss feature, you must hold the tail for several seconds. The sensor is deactivated when the cat is moving or talking. You need to grab the tail when the cat is sitting still, in between moves. Remember the cat has numerous behaviors states i.e.playful, cuddly, irritable and relaxed mode. Just like a real cat, it is unpredictable and shifts between states depending on how it is being played with. It takes more effort to get it angry when in the cuddly mode than when in the irritable mode. Generally you will not know which mode it is in. It is designed this way to provide some variability in the gameplay.

Q. How do I make my FURREAL FRIENDS Kitten drink from her bottle?
Hold the bottle up to the kitten's mouth and you should her a "slurping" sound and the kitten will move her paws.

Q. I've lost the instructions for my FURREAL FRIENDS pet. Can I get a replacement?
