Unfortunately, we have experienced a production problem with a small number of legs on the new Clones Wars AT-TE vehicle.  We want to ensure that all customers are able to fully enjoy their new AT-TE and as such Hasbro Australia is offering a solution to customers who believe they have purchased a vehicle with faulty legs.

Please contact Hasbro Australia Customer Service and leave your details to receive a retrofit repair kit as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Hasbro Australia does offer a spare parts service. Although we can not offer parts to some products, we do carry a large amount of spares, especially for board games. Please email back with the name of the product or game, and the parts you require, and we will reply with availability and price. We will send you an order form, which you can post back with a cheque or money order. You can also ring 1-300-138-697 and order your parts with your credit card.

We apologise if parts are missing or defective in a game you recently purchased. Your first option is to return the product to the retailer for an exchange. Alternatively, you may send an email requesting the parts you need. When writing be sure to let us know the following: Name of the game, when you purchased or received the product, the parts that are needed and the Product Bar code.

The Lifetime Warranty on the Mighty Tonka line covers manufacturing defects only not rust, abuse or destruction of item. Any trucks manufactured prior to January, 1989 are not covered by a lifetime warranty. The Warranty is subject to inspection of vehicle. If your Tonka truck is covered by a Lifetime Warranty, the truck will have a circular stamp underneath the body of the vehicle stating under warranty. If your truck meets these criteria, please contact us for further instructions.
