How many times can I apply for a charity donation from Hasbro?

Answer
Applications are invited once a year from qualifying groups between 21st January and 12th November every year. Only one application per person.

We ask that all interested organisations apply through our online application system.

What is actually inside the Lucky Dip Box I will receive?

Answer
Each box contains a selection of our popular games and toys including items for girls, boys and the whole family. The value of boxes ranges from £50-£150+ depending on what product is available at the time of the boxes being made.

What are the deadlines for applying for a charity donation?

Answer
Our online system is open for business between 21st January and 12th November every year. We ask that you get any Christmas requests in as early as possible in November as this is one of our busiest times.

How will I know if my organization will be receiving a donation?

Answer
Once you have completed the online forms you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. Our team will then consider your request and you will be emailed to let you know whether you have been successful or not.

I want to make another request for a donation but I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Please use our password reminder service located underneath the LOG IN box.
