Hasbro thanks you for inviting us to consider your idea; however, we maintain a very strict policy against reviewing such unsolicited proposals from individual inventors.  We suggest you contact a toy and games agent who represents the concepts and prototypes of independent inventors to various manufacturers throughout the toy and games industry.  A local Trade Association may be able to provide a list of agents for you who may sell the proposed new product within the industry.

Question: How do I get involved in testing Hasbro toys? 
Answer:

There are a number of opportunities for you to test our products. Hasbro currently participates in a number of Toy Testing programs, including those run by the Canadian Toy Testing Council and Protégez-Vous/Options Consommateurs.  In addition, parents have the opportunity to test out our Preschool toys with their little ones and then give feedback which helps a great deal in the development of our products. Please note that spots are not guaranteed and space on the Panel is limited.

Question: My Play-Doh is drying out. How can I soften/moisten it? 
Answer:

To restore the softness to Play-Doh, try adding water to the Play-Doh, one drop at a time and working it in to moisten the Doh. You can also try wrapping the Play-Doh in a damp paper towel, returning to the container and replacing the cover. Let it sit overnight.

Question: How do I remove Play-Doh form my carpet, upholstery or fabric? 
Answer:

When attempting to remove Play-Doh do NOT use hot water or cleaning solutions of any kind. To remove Play-Doh from carpets or fabrics, allow it to dry completely, then loosen with a stiff brush. It may be necessary to vacuum clean or also wash with gentle soap and cold water. You may need to repeat the process in order to completely remove the Play-Doh.

Question: What are the ingredients in Play-Doh? 
Answer:

Play-Doh is primarily a mixture of water, salt and flour. It does NOT contain peanuts, peanut oil or any milk by-products. Play-Doh does not contain latex.  Play-Doh is non-toxic.  However, children or adults who are allergic to wheat gluten or specific food dyes may have an allergic reaction to this product. Furthermore, if a dog ingests Play-Doh, due to its salt content, please contact your veterinarian immediately.  As Play-Doh is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-reactive, no Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is required.
