Hasbro’s Guide to Corporate Conduct, which applies to all employees globally as well as to its Board of Directors, provides specific guidance as to the Company’s expectations. The Guide is reinforced by a robust training program, and a well-established process by which employees in all locations can report suspected legal and ethical issues, and do so anonymously if they so choose.

Violations of the provisions of the Guide will subject employees to discipline, potentially up to and including termination of employment.
