Team Hasbro Gives the Gift of a Helping Hand

Team Hasbro is our employee volunteer program.

The mission behind Team Hasbro is to "Make our Community Smile." It is from this simple, yet very significant philosophy, that Team Hasbro was developed.

Employee Volunteerism

The Team Hasbro program enables our employees to give some of their time, energy and talents back to the community through spirited programs and initiatives.  In addition to encouraging individual volunteerism amongst our employees, specialized Team Hasbro volunteer opportunities are also offered to employees throughout the year.

Employees who volunteer are eligible for up to four hours of paid time away from work each month to conduct a volunteer activity that helps benefit children.

Team Building

Volunteering also serves as fun alternative which departments and teams within Hasbro conduct valuable team building activities. 

Local Volunteer Opportunities

Hasbro's partnership with United Way and local volunteer centers provides the employees in our operating areas – Rhode Island, Springfield, Mass., and Seattle, Wash. – with current volunteer opportunities. Employees simply type in the zip code of the area in which they wish to volunteer and a listing of opportunities will appear. The employee then contacts the agency directly regarding the opportunity.
