What is a PLAYATHON?
A PLAYATHON is a fun and exciting way for kids of all ages to make a difference while they play. PLAYATHON uses age specific games and activities for children and adults alike to raise funds for the causes that the matter most to them. In a fun twist to classic fundraising vehicles like the Walkathon – participants secure pledges for their participation in a PLAYATHON event or pay a flat fee to play.
How a PLAYATHON works
Organizing your own PLAYATHON event is easy. All you need is a cause to support, a location for your PLAYATHON, activities, and a little imagination to make a difference while having fun. You can use games and toys that you already own, or any age appropriate fun play activities. Keep in mind that each game/activity should allow for 15 minutes of play.
