You must send at least one text message to take advantage of the text-based aspect of this game. You will be charged whenever you text SPY, HELP, PAUSE, RESUME or STOP to the short code. You will receive 6 text messages as part of the standard game play and additional messages if you text HELP.
How do I start receiving text messages?
Text SPY to 90445.
Can I PAUSE the text messages if I want to take a break?
Yes. Text PAUSE to 90445. You won't receive any more text messages until you resume the game (see below). If you don't resume the game by the time an hour has passed, the text messages will stop completely.
How do I RESUME the text messages when I want to continue playing?
To continue playing after a pause, text RESUME to 90445 within an hour of texting PAUSE. If you don't resume the game in that time, you will not receive any more text messages.
How do I STOP receiving messages?
Text STOP to 90445. You will not receive any more text messages.
How many text messages will I receive?
You will receive 6 messages from ClueS&S per game, unless you text STOP or PAUSE and do not resume the game.
I receive messages on my phone that I don't want. How do I stop them?
Mobile operators require that content providers allow you to stop any service at any time by texting STOP to the shortcode from which the content is coming. To stop a service:
Within 24 hours, the offending sender must stop sending messages to you on that number.
To stop all services coming from a vendor on one shortcode, text STOP.
Your privacy is very important to us. We take great precautions to keep the information you share with us safe and private. We will not collect any of your personal information. We will only send you text messages after you have opted into the Clue game by texting SPY. If you wish to stop the game, text STOP. If you wish to pause, text PAUSE and the game will be placed on hold for up to an hour until you text RESUME.
