Registration

  • Do I need to register? What information about my child are you storing?
    In order to battle the online game with Bonkazonks and play the multi-player game you must register. We do not collect any of your child's personal information, simply username (based on predetermined options) and a password along with two password recovery questions.
  • Is the site always free?
    There are no charges to use Bonkazonks.com.

Logging in and Account Info

  • Lost your Username or Password?
    Click the "Forgot Password/Username" link on the Home Page, enter your user name or redeemed code, and answer the security questions that you selected during registration and we will provide you with your password. Tip: After you register, it's a good idea to print out your registration information so you won't forget it!
  • Can my children share an account?
    We recommend only one user per account.
  • Can I merge two Bonkazonks accounts?
    No, regrettably we are unable to merge accounts.
  • What are Bonkazonks codes?
    A product code is a 14-digit number that comes with each Bonkazonks product you purchase at stores. You get one code per Bonkazonks product purchased.
  • Where do I get a Bonkazonks code?
    Look for your unique code on a slip of paper inside Bonkazonks package.
  • What do Bonkazonks codes do?
    Bonkazonks codes unlock special features to battle online.  Initial code gives you game currency known as Koinz that you can spend in the online game store to build your team with. Values of codes vary based on the product you purchase.
    1 Pack: 1,000 Koinz
    2 Pack: 5,000 Koinz
    4 Pack: 10,000 Koinz
    Stunt Set: 30,000 Koinz
    Face Case: 20,000 Koinz
    Head Quarters: 40,000 Koinz
  • Can I play the Bonkazonks Online Game without a code?
    You can play Single Player without a code, but to battle with other players or move up a level you will need a code. For every product code you enter, you’ll be able to use your Koinz to purchase additional Bonkazonks team players for online battles.
  • My Bonkazonks code doesn’t work!
    Double-check the code and try again. Make sure you have not already registered the code.
  • It says my code is already registered.
    Double-check the code and try again. You may also want to make sure that your child hasn’t already registered the code.

    Codes are only included with Bonkazonks products and are not available separately.
